You must return items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Include all tags, accessories, or manuals.

• Final-sale, personalized, and digital items are not eligible for return (unless defective).

How to Start a Return

1. Fill out the return form below.

2. Print the confirmation email you receive after submission - this should include order details.

3. Pack the item securely and include the confirmation inside the package.

4. Ship it to the return address provided in the confirmation email.
